Implantology

When a tooth needs to be extracted, it is possible to replace it with an implant.
The implant will replace the root of the tooth. It consists of a titanium screw that is perfectly biocompatible with the surrounding tissues. In a second phase, we will place a crown to restore your chewing to how it was before.

During a minor, painless surgical procedure, we will place this implant into the bone.
After a waiting period of 6 to 8 weeks, an impression will be taken for the future crown.

The implants we use are from the Straumann brand.
